It's too bad you didn't get a drop, but that's better than going up! 💗

Thanks, guys! Just trying to stay blue for sure! Yeah, Lonnie, I would have preferred a drop. I'm actually thinking about weighing daily but posting the average weekly. My struggle when I only posted weekly before was either celebrating my loss or drowning my sorrow with extra intake right after my weekly weigh in. Then I'd be playing catch up for the next days getting ready to record again. I've found that recording daily has helped me be more stable because of the accountability it provides.

I have been doing the weekly thing Melissa. I am finding having the same issue a bit and wondering if I should not try daily weigh ins as well. I like keeping an eye on my weekly average though!

I weigh daily. I think it helps me stay focused better. It helped me discover things too, like that I shouldn't eat after 6 pm too, or I'll have a gain. I also like that if I do go up, I can add more activity or less food that day, so I can avoid going up again the next day.

Thanks for the imput, liv and Lonnie! I feel that in oreder to drop anything more right now requires what I'm not willing to do... Reduce my calories under 1500. At 5'8" and with my current activity level, that means I'm hungry a big portion of my day. I've never been less than I am right now as an adult or even very fit teen. I can be more active for sure, and I have good and not so grand days. 😁 This endless journey is still a puzzle to me sometimes! 😁

You are doing a fantastic job staying in the blue.

Hi sweet Melissa! I’m back under a new screen name, thank you for the follow. 🥰 Did you weigh in today? Was it a woosh or a smoosh? Lol. I gained 0.2 lbs this am, but it’s all good! I had a nice workout yesterday and my obliques are a little sore. Love that feeling. Anyway, it’s good to be back. 💖💖💖🧜🏻‍♀️

br_e_co, thank you always for your kind encouragement! newnamewhodis, I saw your message to another member, and I'm glad to see you! I'm a couple oz up but "blue, " and I feel good. I did a pretty fast 5 mile run last night... Walked a total of 1/4 miles of it on the steep down sides of a few hills to save my knees. Up is hard on the lungs but easy on the knees! 😁
