I was supposed to do an interval run but around 9 minutes in my knee didn’t feel right so I backed out and started up a low impact hike and followed it later with a recovery walk. I give myself props. I realized I shouldn’t push the run and didn’t.

Good decision! A few years back I pushed it, and really messed my knee up - sadly it has never come back to 100%.
