Here's a NSV (non-scale victory) for ya! Just two months ago I was on two medications for blood pressure. Now I'm on none, and my blood pressure is so good! This morning it was 103/66!

Thanks, everybody! There are blisters on my poor feet from all the walking I've been doing for exercise, but my heart's doing much better. I also reversed pre-diabetes and got off cholesterol medication too, so my whole body's doing much better, except for the soles of my feet. I feel better, and I can do more. There are lots more fun things in my future now! You guys, my FS friends, really helped on my way, so THANK YOU ALL for that! Stick around, please, and help keep me from backsliding.

51 is a very low heart rate. Below 60 is considered bradycardia. Could be potassium imbalance from strict dieting and heavy exercise.

What do I do, Josie? I checked just now, and my oxygen saturation is at 93%, which is a little low.
