Stayed up late and slept in until the afternoon. I got on the exercise bike and did 20 minutes of HIIT and then another ten minutes as the heart rate was about 118 bpm, so I decided to take advantage of it. Had to clean off my pool cover in advance of the guys coming to install a new liner and open us up on June 3. So, I went right into that. Got a great workout by pulling out and carting all those dead, wet leaves. Came in the house at about 3:30, showered, and did my first weigh-in of the day. Was rewarded with a 223.2. Broke the fast with some brisket and pepper jack on a wrap. I think we are doing tacos later tonight. I'll put my fixin's in one of those wraps! Hope your weekend is going well.
