Hello to Motivational Monday! Health & fitness is all about changing habits, right? Well, I suck at that! LOL 😂 Rewiring my brain to daily be in the fitness groove is my biggest struggle. I so easily get off track; but I am gonna keep pushing :) Any tips on how to be more consistent? That Nike slogan "Just Do It" is all I need? Wishing you a week of successful habits! 💐
