Hi Julie Happy Sunday 🤗☺️☀️ It’s noon here breakfast for lunch 😋 It’s pretty chilly here today and I might still be in my pajamas 😁🙃🤗 Thats waffle is sooooo easy to make and delicious 🤤 I haven’t decided if I’m going to have a bum day or if I want to put on a pair of the yoga leggings lol. Ashley, friend it’s crazy good!! That sour cream makes it unreal 🤗😋😋 so this came in around 340 calories. Friends.....I ate 1/2 of it and was full! For this consistency, egg whites only. I posted this before using a whole egg and that comes out moist more like a French toast waffle 💜💚

No worries!! I love sharing!!🤗🤗 so one waffle is 1 heaping scoop of Gold Standard Casein powder. I have made this waffle in the vanilla flavor and supreme chocolate flavor. Today was 1/2 of each lol. 1 heaping scoop is 120 calories. 24g of protein. It’s awesome!! Then one egg(60-70 calories) or 1 egg white. 1 tsp of coconut oil and water, I think it’s a cup of water. I eyeball it. Mix it up and poor. So easy. 💜💚

I’ll have to try the waffle with my powder. I do have a waffle maker, just hate the cleanup. Easier just to make a pancake 😂😂😋😋
