Aloha, Raffael🤙🏼 I joined FS in Aug 2019 and found it can be a great forum for encouragement, support, and tools to find what works for you to successfully reach weight loss goals. I checked out member profiles and followed those who are consistent, focused, and health minded instead of those who just use FS for a personal diary, popularity contest, or social outlet. You've come a long way...now let that continue to encourage you to maintain that blue line because YOU deserve your best life!

Thanks really! Not only for the encouragement, but for all the support along all the way. Losing pounds is not easy. There are no given strategies, but if there is a type of exercise you like and you find the foods you like adapting them to be healthy then change is something that will come in due time! Big thanks!

Acomandr thanks a lot! They say losing weight it's not the hard part, the hard part is to maintain it and the only way I found was looking at everyone here in FS. You see how people (no matter their profession) continue working in developing good and healthy habits, and that is such a big help! You too deserve to have the best in life, please take care and stay safe in this difficult times! :)
