Kind of pigged out yesterday with watermelon but my increase in wt of 1 pound isn't a problem will jsut get back on the horse today. Got a half water melon for mother's day. Wow, couldn't have been anything I would have appreciated more! LOL

The thing I didn't realize when I cooked my steel cut oats in my rice cooker was that the ones david bought were 3 MINUTE and directions were different. LOL So cooked them on the stove today and they came out fine. Cooked enough for 5 days. I sure like the steel cut ones. I ate them about 3 p.m. so shouldn't be hungry til after 6 p.m. or so as they digest slowly

cold and rainy day, had to turn on the fire!
