I was sitting here reviewing my latest entries for my RENPHO scale. It doesn’t show that I’ve had much of an increase or decrease in muscle or body fat. Since I haven’t stepped on my omron scale in almost 2 months I decided to give it a go.
Yes, after eating dinner lol. My last weighing on it was 9pm 3/15 so I decided why not. By this scale it shows I’ve lost 3#. It also shows that I’ve lost 3% BF or 4.45# and gained 2% SMM or 1.37#!
I’m not really sure what area that fat came off of lol. My massage lady said she could tell my upper back and shoulder on the left side was strengthening up so I think that’s where the muscle went.
I’m just happy that during this time of Easter Candy every day that I’ve still lost fat. I’m also happy that during this no gym time that I’ve gained some muscle based on this scale! Now I don’t feel guilty for hitting Amazon up for some more Cadbury Creme eggs lol.
