I follow a CICO diet. That means I just watch how many calories I’m eating and how many I’m burning. I can eat whatever I want as long as the calories fit for the day. This is eggs cheese and broccoli. They go with just about any diet ;).

That's about what I'm doing. Though my family has never really done candy or soda and even chips are occasional. I haven't had a candy bar since Halloween and can't remember the last time I had soda. I had chips on Saturday and a frosty from Wendi's because we drove around town with Dad. 🤤

I usually only have chips with a sandwich. I used to drink several sodas a day! Now I’m lucky to have a diet soda once a week. Candy, chocolate specifically, is my weakness. But with CICO I can work them into my calories :). Not as much as I ate when I was heavier but enough that I’m satisfied.
