Been a while. I think there may be a slight loss of bulk but looking leaner at least to make up for it. This was after an easy 6 mile run. It's crazy how much easier they are at a lighter weight.

Awww- look at my lonely little lifting glove on the table. :( I think I set it there Tuesday and it has been waiting for me ever since.

Thanks for the comments, losing weight right now might not be the smartest thing with the lack of a gym but I figure my body needs a break anyway. There's always muscle memory if I do lose any.
