Woke at 218.4, down 3.2 after an abbreviated fasting day (with several drinks last night). I was able to lose the water that had built up over the past few days. Woke up too late to get my workout in, so I'll have to get that done after the workday. Started with protein coffee and then sat on video conferences from 9 am to 1 pm. Skipped a meeting to eat some leftover Italian bake, an apple, and some white cheddar cheese. UPDATE: Weighed 218.8 before dinner, so didn't gain too much after a nice lunch. Ate pork roast and Brussels sprouts for dinner and then made some 'healthy ice cream' later with frozen blueberries, protein powder, and cacao nibs. ALSO: Added three new supplements to try to boost thyroid/testosterone: Tribulus Powder, Thyroid Support with Iodine, and KSM-66 Ashwagandha Root Extract. Let's see how I feel after a month.
