Well the cookies are gone it’s time to get back on the horse I can’t do this anymore I have to stay on this eating diet.No matter how much stress I have known how much fear I have I have to resort to my higher power because he’s the only one that can take it away it’s not the food it’s my faith that’s going to help me.

Yes I believe father God is watching over me and taking care of me and my family and all of you. I talk to him each day and I thank him each night. I pray for peace and serenity.
