Woke at 218.8, the same as yesterday! Hey, that's 36 hours of fasting and nothing!? I'll take the long term outlook. Did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning, then shower and protein coffee. Not sure what I will eat today, but we will come up with something! Enjoyed a day of good eating plus some red wine later. Calories on track. Got to 220.4 before dinner. Fasting tomorrow.
