Being at home definitely helps my eating choices. At work there is an endless supply of all kinds of junk that I do not stock at home. Even when youngest and I decide to bake a treat it's not day after day of endless junk. I've discovered that if I eat whole grains more often than white flour I lose consistently. Part of it is that they are more satiating, but in my opinion they don't taste as good as their white flour counterparts so I don't overeat them. They are good enough for a serving. I have had a loss three days in a row as a result of planning my meals, putting at least three ours between them, and controlling the portion size. Also, I drink water all day long. That's another benefit of being home: I can go to the bathroom whenever I need to, unlike when I'm at work.
