I know it’s one of the negative calorie foods as it takes more energy to digest than the cals it has. I’m so looking forward to a nice steak!

that is a super healthy meal!! one thing to research though... "negative calorie foods" was an idea pitched by a few fad diets that has been disproved. Doesn't mean you shouldn't eat that wonderful and nutritious meal though! looks amazing
