I went walking with a good friend today— a three time cancer survived currently undergoing treatment for the same. We didn’t break any records , about 2 miles in an hour maybe a little longer, But a great way to spend one on one, face to face time with each other while still being able to maintain social distancing. wonderful fresh air, the sunshine makes the world seem all good. Like me, she is a swimmer and I am used to seeing her and spending time with her every other day. I miss that. She is my events partner. We go to plays together 3-4 times a month. Social contact is of vital importance. Figure out if there is a way to manage real life contact with the people you care about. In the parking lot there were two trucks parked across the row from each other. A young couple sitting on each tailgate. They were friend meeting there to laugh and talk and spend some kind of time with each other. I was impressed.
