Just happy about the little results after 6 months.
Hope that my family can be inspired by all I've been through (giving up sweets, exercising 3 times a week and limiting all my cheating meals).

Not a guy that likes photos, but this one might give evidence of all the work done.

Now I'm trying to get my girlfriend into this aswell!
