I'd be happy just to maintain with no gym but I am going to continue to lean out with the hopes of not losing too much muscle. Pushups, dumbbell squats, and pullups make up for the major lifts. Stay motivated, everyone!

Walking laps around the tables and chairs, squats and calf raises with ottoman, push-ups with feet on couch, curling my coffee table, pull ups using a broomstick and stools. I have this jailhouse workout down.

Keep at it, dem muscles are lookin' stellar! I confess, never have I been more relieved that my gym is "in home". I just ordered a 20 lb. adjustable weight vest. I'm going to start at the 10 lb. mark and increase slowly, but it will definitely add a new dimension to workouts for sure!

We’ll all be back before we know it. The altered routines will confuse our muscles and lay the foundation for future gains, perhaps. 👊🏻

Finally nightmares became alive. Stay motivated...impossible for me. I think you are strong enough to do handstand pushups with your hands on two chairs so that you do full range. Your shape is excellent !!! What about donuts and pizzas ? I guess you are going to eat far more less than you used to.

Still having the pizza and donuts/cereal just a little less. :D And yes, a nightmare but it's a small price to pay to save some lives! Thanks, Tassos! I'll try the handstand thing if DP will hold my legs lol.

I will be happy and grateful if the friends and family in my circle of loved ones are not impacted health wise. I know first hand how my family pulled together to support our youngest brother during a health crises which ultimately left him financially struggling. So, focusing on a few pounds up or down and whether it is muscle or fat is not my concern. You and DP are doing great and both have posted positive posts this past week. Keep up the good work. You will regain your muscle mass... no doubt about that !
