Slept in again. Had a protein coffee and did a bit of internet. Then I did 30 minutes of alternating HITT on my exercise bike (five minutes steady state with 45 second all-out bursts every five minutes). Got some good heart rate action. Showered and got to 223.6, down 2.2 from yesterday. Enjoying a large unsweetened iced tea and getting ready for the workweek. UPDATE: Weighed in at 6 before dinner and was at 223.8, so the earlier number is good for the day. The way things are going, I may have to name this Maintenance March. Averaging 2100 calories per day, which will not lose me any weight.
