Since I won't be going into work for a month I will use this opportunity to really focus on wellness. I will be away from the temptation of sweets and other junk that I am constantly faced with at work. I will hydrate, sleep, exercise, connect with my family and really take care of myself so when I return I will be stronger than ever! I already miss my students, though. This year's class is especially sweet.

Nice thought, dhatura. I am still teaching remotely and making sure my own kids are keeping up with their studies. My district made it very clear that since we are being paid, we are expected to work. I think that’s fair. “Me” time will come in two weeks when Spring Break arrives. Although “me” time doesn’t arrive very often as my kids still require things from me here and there. I am in the process of teaching my older daughter to drive which I am sure burns extra calories!😱
