Woke at 224.6, up .4 from yesterday. No lunch plans yet. Drinks after work. UPDATE: Had some red wine with my friend Susan and then came home. Weighed 222.2 coming in the door, which I was happy with after a big salad and some salmon for lunch.

I was going to just not drink at home/ alone but I figured I could (wo)man up and just go without, give the old checkliver light a reset. Honestly mostly to prove to myself I could and in hopes it would help re-jump my weight loss which I think it has. Big family trip easter weekend and I cant do those stone sober so the good times will resume rolling april 9th. Until then, Ill be drinking vicariously through you 😂 Miss my after the kids are in bed glass of wine. Big time!!
