Woke at 219.2, up 1.8 from yesterday. Eating pork for lunch and planning a light dinner. UPDATE: Came home at 219.4. Eating lunch is making my morning weigh-ins the lowest of the day. Ate some cheese, nuts, and red wine for dinner.
