I am on a modified fast for today and tomorrow to get myself back on track. I say modified because I went shopping with a friend and had a salad for lunch. I didn't want to sit there and drink water while she was having lunch. Anyway I got a lot of exercise shopping and now I am pretty darn tired. It was a good day!
