Good morning FS family. I love seeing all your posts. it inspires me daily. I need you all.
So far so good on my meds day number 2 or 3 can't remember.
No sinking feelings, no black hole. I just keep praying.
155.4 this morning and I'm good with that. my bff wanted to meet at Dunkin donuts for breakfast but I passed cause I know me. lol
Don't want know temptations and she is thin and can afford eating anything.
oh well, that's it.

Oh Clair, please don't miss out on meeting up with a friend! Maybe suggest a local Tea Shoppe or just meet up and take a short walk, sit on a bench and feed the ducks, there are many things out there that have few calories and are affordable to do.❤️

Cold Brew with Almond Milk! Then if you must eat something there's their DDSmart menu or just go with a couple of munchkins. You can do anything and go anywhere it's all about the choices we make once we get there.
