Feeling really good♥️ got a work out in💃🏻💃🏻 🎵 fasted cardio💪 Lots of water 💦 you have to keep up your water. 3 loads of 🧺, typical parent things♥️ pulled out the back strap( venison) that hubby was going to pull out and make, my legs aren’t broke. Had some organic Swiss cheese as a snack post workout and before our yummy dinner of venison medallions, dippy eggs and veggie lentil pasta that I didn’t finish. I packed for all day tomorrow, have my whole food intake logged for a 12.75-14 hour shift🤗💪 It’s early enough that I might just get back on my stairclimber and 💃🏻🎵 everyone is fed, showered. Make our days count💪♥️💜💚

14 hour shift! Ok I need to *not* complain about my 8 hours with a 1 hour commute each way :)

It’s rare Adef and when it happens it is sadness. But I literally work 2 minutes from my 🏡. An hour drive is brutal!! Most often it’s a 13 hour shift. My hubby is a construction foreman 👷🏻‍♂️and has been working an hour and 20 minutes away since September.

You’ve got a long day. Do you work a 40ish hour week in 3 days?

This week I will because I work this weekend. I work part time.

OMG JC, I can't believe your body let you do all that. I can hardly walk back and forth to the kitchen let alone go work out and take a long run and go to work that long. You are one amazing person!👏😍🤗

Hi skinny 🤗♥️ JC doesn’t 🏃🏻‍♀️ unless I’m chasing a kid or if someone is chasing me lol😂😂 but I had good energy yesterday so it was a total of 1 hour stairclimber dance climber. Two 1/2 hour. My knees are upset with me today, but it felt good 💜💚

Day one! Gonna give this a shot and try to get back to my weight before I started having theese thyroid and arthritis issues. I took my meds early because I have to take my thyroid medicine at least an hour before I can eat anything. Then my blood pressure and arthritis medicine. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist next month so I am really hoping they can help with my arthritis pain so I can start exercising again. Not that I have been good at exercising for many years lol. But I have heard and I believe that it would help to make me feel better. I know that loosing weight would definitely take some pressure off of my joints and help a lot with my arthritis. I also want to loose weight because I am very self conscious about how I look. My husband is very sweet and tells me that I look fine but I am not blind. I want to have more confidence in myself and I want to look good for him too.

Yay Shelly!!! I hope you get on meds that help your arthritis. I love my Rheumatologist ♥️♥️🙌 Getting the weight off helps with everything 🤗, but when you have arthritis there’s always going to be some joint pains so we may as well keep it moving and exercise 💃🏻 Hubby and I have really amped up the talk of joining a gym with pool and rock climbing wall ( he is excited about the rock wall lol) but the whole family loves to 🏊‍♀️. We have a pool but can’t use it year round. My rheumatologist has been trying to get me in water therapy since my first visit in June. I’m so glad you’re here and welcome. I’m excited for you!!♥️💜💚

you go Shelly. JC you take care of yourself so you don't get hurt. we'd rather take it slow and easy with less meds then to push ourselves and have to load up on medication keep the pain down.
