Carrot smoked salmon 🤔 how do you do that ?

There are all kinds of recipes out there! But it's basically sliced thin (I used a mandolin) cooked until tender then marinaded in liquid smoke, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar. It's really great, way cheaper than the real thing (and cruelty free!)
