I am starting out today with an improved attitude. Why I give up and go out of control is beyond me. the losing portion of my weight loss journey was easy compared to the maintaining. I have all types of triggers! I went bowling last night and did pretty well. One of my team mates gave me a Baileys Chocolate and I brought it home and gave it to my husband. That was a non scale victory! Believe me, I really wanted that chocolate.
