Whenever I increase the intensity of my exercise my weight goes up initially, but I am pretty sure it's muscle gain as both the tape measure and my clothes say I am smaller. Just going to be patient.

I purchased a body analyzer scale from Amazon for $42 with the warranty and it sinks to your phone and as soon as this Grandma figures out to sync it to my Fitbit and phone at the same time I think it's going to be amazing it should measure my weights muscle mass etc maybe something like this will help you keep your chin up while you're working hard and the numbers don't show on a standard scale
