Went to the gym 5 days in a row. Taking weekend off before I start next weeks new schedule. More intensity with legs, push, and pull exercises (not sure I’m looking forward or dreading weighted leg raises. Jury is still out). 🏋️♀️ Keep moving, keep pushing.
