Happy Friday everyone - Today is Alive Day 788 and this is a late post for me due to getting some papers submitted for school. It is an amazing day for sure. I had my appointment today and everything is perfect (nope - that pancreas of mine is still being uncooperative) to include an A1c of 5.7. I am truly blessed to have a site like this to help me learn and apply a new WoE that is essentially saving my life. I really appreciate all of you posting your journeys and experiences so freely. I am living proof that God has a plan for us all even if I don't fully understand it. I am blessed today that I get to be of service to this great nation and I am participating in my own development. Thank you all for being here as examples for someone lime me to follow. I am back to the course work and on to the rest of an outstanding night. I hope that you all find the hope and inspiration to follow your goals and know that there is a plan for us all. Namaste.
