I should probably rename my account to oatmealmallory because here's another one! Today's has grapes and a pear to sweeten, flax and sunflower seeds. Happy Thursday everyone :)

Lol!! I have to eat steel cut oatmeal to lower my triglycerides and cholesterol. It's so filling, but I'm lame and skip breakfast. Sometimes I have it for desert, lol!!
