I had a huge and significant NSV today. For the first time since having a pulmonary embolism last August, I was able to do my cardio sculpt class. I have been walking and doing some weight training to build stamina, but today I decided to return to my regular Saturday class at the gym and I did even better than expected! I was careful to take the modifications and ease into it. I'm so excited to be closer to where I was before my health concern threw a wrench into my exercise routine.
