Glad to report no more mishaps :)

My pinky doesn't look too bad. It was bleeding most of the day which helped with the pressure under the nail. Fingers crossed I won't loose the nail this time!

I was still too sore after Tuesdays' workout, so I opted for 30 minutes on my cross trainer. I do enjoy to get my ticker going like this occasionally

What I was wondering about:

Do you give yourself pep talks during your workouts???

I do it all the time! Like when I am on the crosser: Half way through, only a quarter left, come on 2 more minutes full out....

During a tabata workout: Yes, first set done, 2 sets done your are a third through, yes only 3 sets left, come on this is the last set of reps of x y & z.

Sometimes I mutter them under my breath, other times I say them really loud like my PT used to do. In a way it really keeps me motivated as sometimes exercise is more mental than physical.

Anyways.....IT'S FRIDAY Poets day ;)

I talk to myself all the time, nice to know its not just me, keep encouraging yourself, it good for you.

Oh my goodness I talk to myself all of the time. Usually to tell myself how many minutes or how many reps left. Take care of yourself! :0)

Well I talk myself through most workouts, I quite often swear too, sometimes at my lack of willpower, sometimes at my legs, my lungs, cause I want to eat, drink, well for any dammed reason really😂😂😂
