Making flounder in EVOO, lemon and lime juice, Old Bay, small sprinkle of Jamaican Jerk seasoning, sea salt and pepper, basil, and sprinkle of tumeric and golden ground flax. Veggies are corn, peas and the left over raw baby spinach leaves that I’m cooking 🥘 into it with sea salt and pepper and Country Crock plant based olive oil butter. 🤗😋💜💚
