I'd like to think the heat burned off the germs. I once made a guy change his gloves because he went into the back room and came out and I don't know what he did in there. Diablo was embarrassed. I don't know if he remembers now- ? but my germaphobia far outweighs any fear I might have of needing to tell someone what I need them to do. (And I'm a supervisor so that probably helps.) LOL

I’m with you DP! We pay, it goes our way. I ask stuff too, politely, but no shame. And both my kids have and still work in the food industry! I have them brainwashed! Now my daughter is doing research in a cancer research lab at her uni and comes home telling me about the rats and live viruses they are dealing with and how they have to use ethanol to cleanse things and fume hoods and covers for shoes etc... 🦠 🦠 ugh I’m a mess!!!!! 😜😜

Since we’re sharing...Ine time I was getting served at a Tim Hortons counter and one of the workers walked by on the other side of the counter passing by the showcase full of donuts, timbits, muffins, cookies etc. As she passed, she sneezed and turned it head but TOWARDS the food!!!! I nearly died!!! 😝😝😝😝

you are a muscular man who who works out a lot and so can afford to eat like that. 99% of the population would either get sick or fat if they were to spend their calories on empty nutrition; but then good for you for being able to

There is iron in the graham crackers, calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and folate in the marshmallows, calcium and potassium in the chocolate and carbs in everything for an awesome workout. Not to mention the milk that delivers protein and other nutrients. Better than a plate of bacon but people are so brainwashed with their hate for carbs. Anyway, just because someone is less active doesn't mean they can't eat this, they just need to eat half as much to get their protein in elsewhere

This was 140 grams of Graham crackers, 29 grams of marshmallows and chocolate chips(each), and maybe 260 grams of 1% milk. Just cut all the portions in half and you can do this too if you want lol

I love that you share food like this! For me, it helps me let go of guilt and shame!🙏💕 I love sweets and obstaining completely causes me to binge eat which causes me to get discouraged which causes me to emotionally eat and give up. It's been a cycle for me for a couple years now.😞 But I think I've gotten a handle on it! I just remember this is my life and my body and I can enjoy all food in moderation!😋 I am kinder to myself. (Again...I speak for myself only.)

👍🏼 I'm glad it helps I struggled for 10 years doing that feeling guilty binging dropping the diet and exercising because of how hard it eventually became. Now I eat stuff like this every day and I'm in the best shape of my life and my blood panel shows I'm also as healthy as I can be.

Just ate it as pictured. I've tried the Post brand and it sucked so I made my own since we had the ingredients laying around. It was a lot better.
