Marinating chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon, oregano, garlic, kosher salt, and freshly ground pepper so I can grill them and serve them with salad tomorrow. Yum!

Yup #saladgang. I prepped three yummy salads last night: 4 bean, quinoa, and grape wheat berry. All kinds of deliciousness! My daughter ate the wheat berry one for breakfast.

Rosio I have no problems with that. My kids love fruits and veggies. They don't really like meat. They do like fish, though.
