I went to my friends house today who has avocado, orange and Myer lemon trees. Her tree service was there to trim all of the trees. We recovered over 250 avocados just from the trimmed branches and at least 100 each of the oranges and lemons. I brought 15 avocados home, a dozen each oranges and lemons. We took some to the food bank and goodness knows what she will do with the rest. Those are good sized oranges and lemons and you can see how huge the avocados are. The tree is 60 years old, Planted by her mother who brought the seedling with her from Puerto Rico when she first came to the US.
