Phewww just finished my 3rd Diagnosis Case Study and 14 and final discussion( eating disorders) in Abnormal Psychology 🙌🙌 Had an A at Midterm hoping to keep that A🙏🤞Final Exam 12/16. Now I can relax a little and prep tonight’s dinner: lamb meatballs in pita 🥙 and do my Christmas Countdown Challenge💪 hoping to see some weight come off soon like a decent amount. 💜💚

Omg🥰 thanks girlfriends Ma Ka, Ashley, Wifey, DP, Pixie, Bella, poohle and Diana 🥰♥️♥️♥️💜💜💚💚🤗🤗 ☺️🤗🤗🥰 I just got done prepping dinner. The struggle is real but worth it 💯 and no bella 😂 but my word, eating disorders are the 3rd top chronic illness among adolescent females and adults 🥺🥺 it’s sad and interesting. I did manage to get my Christmas Challenge done ✅ with 30 donkey kicks bilaterally, 30, leg lifts bilaterally, and a 1 minute plank. Going to try to squeeze my stairclimber in💪💪

Ed are sad. My daughter graduated grade 12 with a gurl severally anorexic. Hospitalized so many times because of her heart and lack of food/nutrients. A single mom, dad was shot, Avery sad story. Poor girl is a wreck, and I say it with a heavy heart, not judging. Just a terrible situation. Her future does not look good. My heart aches for her mom. 😥

Oh wifey 🥺😔😔♥️♥️ That’s awful. There’s many reasons it can be triggered, but mostly by first a maladaptive behaved father, then the mother. It’s heartbreaking 🥺

☺️thank you KetoBruce ♥️♥️💜💚 it isn’t easy, and my sister is now missing going on 4 weeks. I have to remember myself as I’m spread so thin. I’m doing well in school and hubby and I did Christmas for my nieces and nephew as if they are ours. As long as I have breathe in me, I have a job to do♥️♥️♥️💜💚

Thank you wifey😢♥️♥️ You know what it’s been like since I started, and I pray every day it would get better, but it is the worse it can get. Thank you Paul ♥️♥️, I never expected it to get so out of control. My mind works like.... she is going to get better and hoped for the best and take care of my nieces and nephew, let my parents vent, they are retired and she is killing them. My fear is it’s the holidays, she wasn’t fully present at all last year, why the girls lived with me an BIL moved out with my nephew and my parents and I are juggling the children, is she going to overdose, suicide, we at this point don’t know where she is.😞😔 I found her a few weeks ago, but this is so out of control. The police stopped calling about the car being spotted over a week ago. I would like to pass any blessings on to my family.
