Another evening meal that I have no values for. Too busy to worry about it. Meat loaf made with ground sirloin/ground turkey and mild sweet Italian sausage. Baked potato (whole medium) cranberry sauce and cabbage and beet salad. Delicious and I was hungry. One of my favorite meals. Comfort food for sure. But did not overeat, just nicely satisfied so I am good.
