Started the 10 days of Planksgiving today at work with some girlfriends. 🤗 I forget how to log them lol. Felt great 💜💚

Hey Ashley! So day 1 is a full minute plank then 30 seconds each side plank. Absolutely!! I will add you . It’s a FB thing, but I’m not on FB. I can add you to the text group or you and I can keep accountability here on fs. 🤗💜💚
