Good morning FS family. oh boy! Yesterday, some friends and I went to breakfast to celebrate our friends birthday. We went to IHop. The Christmas menu had Elf on a Shelf specials. It was a toss up between Grinch pancakes or the strawberry funnel cakes. Well I caved. I had the funnel cakes. It was so good but later that day the guilt came. I kept up with my steps and got in almost 5000 for the day which ain't much for alot of people but for me it is. For dinner I made a piece of mahi-mahi and Italian greenbeans. that was at about 6:20 last night. At 8:30 my stomach was growling and I said ohoh. I ate a yogurt but then I started thinking about the ice cream bars I had bought. I had a Yasso mint chocolate chip ice cream bar. Anyway, today is a new day and I'm starting without any guilt. Planning for meals will be done and I have housework to do. by the way, I did put up arguments yesterday when trying to order my food but my friends talked me into sliding off the beam just for this one occasion. I know they love me so I didn't put up a fight. I just told myself , I will stay on track the rest of the day. thank you all for supporting me.
