Do you accurately measure your foods? Especially your condiments??? This drives me crazzzzzzyyyy: seeing half cup of dip being listed as "2 Tbsps" on weight loss videos & pictures. I bought extra tablespoons & teaspoons from the dollar store (the baking sets) because using a spoon you eat with is NOT accurate! I will even weigh the mayo, for best measurement. These calories (and carbs & fats) add up soooo quickly, so be honest. It sucks because I want half cup of dip not a sad 2 Tbsps LOL.

1/4 cup = 4 Tbsps and 1/2 cup = 8 Tbsps: that bottled salad dressing or dip in a tub can add hundreds of calories, carbs/sugar, fat and sodium to a meal.

Give yourself the best tools for successful weight loss! Measure & know you are doing the best for your body :)

PS: If you don't have a kitchen weigh scale, ask for one as a Christmas gift!

Yes I love this! I really didn’t realize for a long time what a Tbsp of peanut butter looks like. It’s not much that’s for sure!
