EvaSieteTres ... Was tempted to just go eat something, but decided to weigh myself instead. The pleasant surprise was a good deterrent to skip the kitchen and try to sleep again.

Good for you!! 👍🏻 What about reading? It relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. But it has to be from a book, not a screen
