Sometimes you just want simple....havarti & pepperjack cheese on quinoa mutigrain bread & chicken noodle soup with baby spinach.

The soup is canned Pregresso Chicken & Homestyle Noodles with a couple dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce & a hand full of spinach added ☺ The sandwich is toasted mutigrain bread (1 slice cut in half) with a slice of havarti & a slice of pepperjack cheese. I buttered the outside with Smart Balance Olive Oil spread to brown it on the stove top. I did say simple.

My husband and I went to the beach the weekend. We always carried breakfast food. He is thin so we carried coffee, creamer , sausage, cheese, & grits from home. The other meals are ate out. It was cold the past weekend so as we stopped to get bread, almond milk, & eggs. I got a can of Progresso Chicken & Homestyle Noodles soup. Rather than going out in the cold we had grill cheese and soup. It was SO GOOD. Plus gave me an extra 30.00 to do Christmas SHOPPING FOR SO NEEDY PEOPLE.

yum, i never thought of adding spinach to my soups!! I bring cans of progresso light soups to work for lunch but now I will bring spinach and add it to the bowl!! Thanks for idea!
