Happy happy 27 degrees Friday....brrr...

Like most I try and read online...and get a lot of my info from bicycle.com....a lot of the articles don’t grab my attention...unless it’s about the way I try and lead a better lifestyle now....like any article it’s there for your reading...

Got outta bed this morning..the mood to get set up on zwift...just wasn’t there...and to make it worse that little voice was talking way to loud....today is day 6 of riding...since I rode on Sunday last week to make up miles cause of sinus infection...I was up at 430 am like usual...but at 515am..was still deciding if I was gonna get a workout or not...next thing I know..I’m up and changing clothes...plugging in the smart trainer...so everything can sync...grabbing my electrolyte water bottle and getting on the bike and riding in zwift....

Shame on you little voice..I almost listened to you today....

Haven’t weighed in yet for the month..but going to in a few..I know it’s up...been enjoying salt from pepperonis...but not really to worried as I ride my trainer 6 days a week...so I’m getting a workout...instead of just feeding my face and not exercising to cause a burn...

Need to get out later my supply of musinex ...hopefully it’s spelled right...is almost gone...as is my Flonase to...sinuses....

Time to change..weigh in...and catch up the morning chores...

Hi mom...i did try it..but went to eating fish ..instead of chicken..how many ways can you fic chicken.....

I love fish and could totally live off it ... if it was fresh caught and I guess I lived at the beach. Ha Ha! Supposedly you can switch out chicken for fish in most recipes.

I buy frozen catfish at walmart...thaw so much..use breading..bake it..have it done ahead

You got to remember...that little voice is always the negative....to stay positive..you have to get the workouts....you can always rest after the workout...
