Happy Healthy Halloween Week! Maybe try some Spooky Stuffed Peppers, a Cauliflower Skull or Scary Zoodle Spaghetti this week? All those tempting little candy treats can easily throw us off, so let's balance them with some real food :)

Motivational Monday: took my treats to Imax (movie: Maleficient II - loved it!), peanuts & cheese, happy I no longer automatically think "large buttered popcorn" with movies! Felt a little "meh" this week; ate too much sodium, but plugging along. How was your week?

Holiday Challenge: 8 weeks till Christmas, 9 weeks till 2020! Let's do this!
