Today was "inspiration day" from FS friends...took lots of ideas from you!

Shrimp Stir Fry

Broccoli
Green Pepper
Green Onion
Gulf Shrimp

Quinoa

Sauce:
Low sodium soy sauce
Fish sauce
Sesame oil
Red pepper flakes

Debated about using hoisin or sriracha (love both), but decided to let the shrimp shine.

Been on my feet for 6 hours...peeling and deveining shrimp, boiling shells, making quinoa with the resulting shrimp stock instead of water, prepping stir fry, cooking.

I like fresh veggies so much. We used to have stir fry more often, but roomie and I kind of got into roasting veggies. I love the different dishes showcased on FS...reminds me to change things up.
