Wake with a bit sore muscles, which leads me to think that I should move my OMAD to a later time.

The base for this idea is to be more sure that I have new proteins available for repair work at the deep sleep stage.

liv001 Thinking around two-three hours before sleep, instead of seven. Will try that today, and see how it goes in regards to deep sleep.
