hey Diablo, you're always posting those donuts. you're a stumbling block to those of us who can't eat them. I dream of donuts. I have shirts that say Donuts. what am I going to do when I see your post?

Think how I feel- Half of his pictures means there's more of the same on the kitchen counter when I wake up. I bought him a shirt- Eat Donuts, Lift Heavy. Believe me- I feel your pain. ;) Maybe you can have 1 donut and work it off?

Is that your speedometer? Are you going 60 mph and snapping donut pics? Shit... That's a dumb thing to do. What's the point of great lab work and cholesterol levels if the foods gonna kill you anyhow? Be smarter.

The thing with donuts (or other sweets) is that anyone can eat them. However, you must count that into your daily intake, adjust your eating for the day, and take a nice long walk (3 miles should do) 😁

Yeah- I count them in but I'd rather not. I had to tell him just to get a couple for him. If he brings home 6- I eat 2, if he brings home 12- I eat 4 (over 2 days)... Just unnecessary for me. :( Glad today the container was empty.
